To whom it may concern:
RE: Doug Berry

Doug Berry worked for Eastern European Mission during the
summer of 2001 under my supervision. His responsibilities were
to contact congregations to get them to participate in EEM's
$1,000,000 Sunday project. Doug was assigned a territory and
a certain number of congregations for which he was responsible.
It was his responsibility to structure his time and set his priorities
for the most part.

I found Doug to be responsible and effective in his efforts. He
was able to get several congregations to participate and brought
to EEM several congregations that had not been supporters before.
He obviously has a heart for missions in Ukraine and the former
Soviet Union. I would recommend him and his work to any that
would be interested.

If you would like to discuss this further I would be glad to
visit with you at the enclosed numbers.

In Christ,

Richard Baggett
Director of Development, EEM
